The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredibly helpful and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make it perfect. Riya, Shubham, Akash, Rani, Himanshu, and Biswajit truly stood out with their warmth and dedication. Md. Maruf and Nawab at the concierge were always ready to assist, making our experience seamless and stress-free. A special mention to Priyanka at the reception, whose efforts ensured we had connected rooms—something that was absolutely essential for our stay with our aging parent. Her thoughtfulness made all the difference. The culinary experience was equally outstanding. Chefs Ranjay and Bappaditya were not only accommodating but also crafted some of the most delightful dishes. The highlight? Their signature Kosha Mangsho Eggs Benedict—an absolute masterpiece, bursting with rich flavors and unforgettable taste. From the perfect breakfast to the impeccable service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A truly memorable stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Rajarhat Kolkata, and it was an experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the sophisticated ambiance and modern design captured my attention. The lobby is grand and welcoming, with an aesthetic that blends contemporary elegance with local charm. The rooms at The Westin are spacious and well-appointed. My room featured plush bedding, a modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities, and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The service at The Westin was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. From the check-in process to the concierge services, they went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Special mention to the housekeeping team, who maintained my room immaculately throughout my stay.

The Westin is a luxurious hotel providing all the amenities expected of a good 5-star hotel. I am not sure why but maybe because it is off-season in Kolta, but I thought the Westin was excellent value for money. It is probably more expensive in peak season. My room was spacious with an excellent desk and chair. The room has a huge bathtub and the shower is uite spacious. The special Bengali New Year's buffet dinner at Seasonal Tastes on the 10th floor was absolutely superb. I have not had so many excellent and exquisite dishes for a long time. They had live music during the dinner and I was entertaining people I wanted to chat with. We were promptly relocated to another part of the music where is was quieter and one could chat more easily. The gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is also quite enticing. A special shout-out to the exceptional and helpful staff especially Mr Pranab Banerjee, Jr Sous Chef, who goes out of his way to attend to residents during breakfast, as well as Rinky and Tamal at Seasonal Tasters. The breakfast spread is exceptional. The only other place where the breakfast spread exceeds that offered at The Westin is the ITC Royal Bengal (in my opinion). All in all, I will certainly consider the Westin the next time I am in Kolkata.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, the room interiors were beautifully designed, and the view from the hotel was stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Overall, it was a fair experience.

From the security team to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurants, we received exceptional hospitality everywhere. I would especially like to thank Deepak and Temsula from 3132 Bar, and Rinki and the rest of the staff from Seasonal Tastes (10th Floor) for making our dining experiences so wonderful and memorable. We look forward to revisiting soon.
